New member in Central CT
Hello everyone!
My name is Mike. I'm a life long resident of CT and I'm looking to start investing here as well. I figured out that I want to house hack first, with either a duplex or a triplex in the Hartford county area. I work as a vendor during the day which requires me to travel around a good of the state. Recently, I have been listening to the podcasts as I commute and they've been quite informative so far!
My goal, like a lot of people on here, is to have financial freedom and not have to work a typical 9-5 job. I would like to get my first rental property by the end of this year, then as time goes on and with more money saved up I hope to continue investing in more rental properties.
