Hello Everyone ! M name is Jonathan Bouren. I am reading through the Flipping Blueprint and The Book on Rental Property Investment ( 3rd time for both ) My goal is to have a solid rental portfolio and then supplement with occasional flips. I currently have no properties and my experience is limited to reading. ( unless you count renting out a motorhome) ((which is actually for sale if anyone is interested)) lol. I want to learn all i can while browsing the forums here and come up with a solid plan before I buy my first property. Looking forward to gaining knowledge and hopefully working with you.
