New member in Minneapolis

Hello Bigger Pockets.  I'm a fairly new member in Minneapolis, MN and looking for opportunities to partner on commercial multi-family apartment buildings.  My day job is an account executive with a large software company.  Unfortunately, this job requires a lot of travel, stress, and no predictability.  One of my 3 years goals is to make enough money through real estate & other investments and walk away from Workday to begin syndicating large commercial properties.

My preference is to partner on C+ or B apartment buildings.  In addition to investing in these apartment buildings, I would be very interested in partnering on a flip to learn how to analyze, plan, and execute.  If you have flip opportunities in MN or Western WI or commercial multifamily please feel free to shoot me a note.

I'm also looking to network with general contractors, investors, wholesalers, brokers, and agents.

Looking forward getting connected and hopefully meeting some of you in person.

Allen

Hi @Allen Lemay. Welcome to BP and the Twin Cities investing scene!

I also work a day job in IT (think BigBox stores) and invest in SFH, TownHomes, and am a passive in a number of MF unit syndication in the DFW area.

As for meeting up with others, be sure to head over to meetup-dot-com and search for the various meet-ups that get together in the Mpls/St. Paul area.

Best of luck!
