Hey all - I love BP! Just wanted to share a quick story. My wife and I are new to investing, putting in offers in SE Wisconsin. We are working with a realtor for MLS properties. We got a secondary offer position on a duplex and the primary backed out, so it’s coming our way! We’re stoked! We do, however, have some unknowns that we want to investigate before closIng, and have an inspectIon period once the contract is sIgned. While thIs has been developing, we’ve been driving for dollars and mailing to property owners. Today I got a call from one of the property owners, and turns out he is also the owner of the aforementioned duplex! So I got to ask him a lot of questions that I had, and it gave me a lot of piece of mind. It was unexpected, and cool. looking forward to an awesome ride. Talk to you guys soon- Josh Doradthings, LLC
