Hi everyone . I am from Vancouver, Canada. I am looking for mentors about real estate investment. I have some experience in residential properties, very interesting in getting to the commercial real estate . Also I am wondering if there are someone in Vancouver inverting in mortgage notes , like to learn with them.😄

@Joyce Orange We have been buying non-performing mortgage notes for 2 years now. I got started because I met an investor who was investing in notes and then we went to lunch and I picked his brain. From there I did as much research online and I went to conferences, I bought courses, read books,I listened to podcasts and youtube videos.

A good place to start is with Fuquan Bilal's  book Called  "Turning distress into success". He also posts here regularly. Scott Carson has ton of videos online you can watch as well as listen to his podcasts.
