Hello everyone! My name is Tucker And I live in St Augustine Florida and currently I am a web programmer, commercial photographer and own a Bar Gallery. I have wanted to move into investing in real estate for a little while now. Listening to the podcasts and reading I think my first venture will be house hacking. I’m starting to look at duplexes in my area as I work on fixing my credit score and I hope to get into something by the end of the year or beginning of next year. I look forward to being more active in these forums!
