Hello All,

My name is Armin Nazarinia and I am new to Bigger Pockets and wanting to get more into Real Estate Investing ideally making it my full time job. Currently I work as a technology Project Manager full time and have one single family rental property and am partnering with someone in Michigan for our first flip. It has been an adventure and we have learned quite a bit about how much work it is. We took the home down to the studs and have redone the roof, added a bathroom and are now in the phase of putting everything "back together" Drywall, siding, new windows, etc. Hoping this works out and we can make a quicker transition on our next flip since this one has been nearly a 1 year flip.

I found Bigger Pockets from a neighbor who is a Real Estate Agent and wants to invest, since then I have been listening to all of the podcasts (I actually restarted at number 1) and am going to reset and put together a business plan with my partner since we skipped the planning step for the most part. Would love to connect with other investors and grab lunch if you're in the area and just pick your brain and see if I can help you in anyway on a property you may have out here in Minnesota.

Hello! @Armin Nazarinia

Welcome to BP, and congratulations on making the decision to invest in your future via real estate.

I have written a few blog posts that may help you get started here on BP, and with your investing. Please click on the links, give them a read, and share your thoughts in the comments.

First is a post that I feel will help not get overwhelmed with the amount of info that is here on BP:

https://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/5868/52761-the-simple-guide-to-getting-started-on-bp

The second is a post that will help get you focused with your real estate investing goals:

The last one is a post that will help you choose an “investor friendly” real estate agent.

There are many agents out there, but it’s important to choose the right one.

I love answering questions if you have any! Good Luck :)
