Hi....I live in Santa Rosa California and currently own some condos and one commercial building. I have joined bigger pockets in the hope of gaining knowledge of smart investment ideas and feel like i have learned a lot already.  Unfortunately I have found that Sonoma County has become seller's market rather than a buyer's market especially after the fires last year but I am determined to find some great deals on multi unit properties.
