Hey Everyone Gabriel here!

I'm 27, from the Northern Virginia area and I work in IT as a Linux Systems Administrator. I was referred to BP by a friend and I've recently developed a passion for real estate investing. I'm currently doing tons of research and analyzing deals in my area and I'm looking into getting my first investment property with a house hack. BP is a great resource and I'm looking forward to reaching financial independence one day.
