Hello everyone! I'm really excited about Real Estate and i'm finally going for gusto! Cleared all of my debt today. ( yay me!) Credit has beem im proving, 150 points in 2 months. And I'm trying to learn as much as i can and as fast as i can.... I wanted to take my time with this but I've honestly been afraid of action for the last 8+yrs!!! I'm no longer standing in my way. I'm closing in the type of investments i want, rentals, just need to do a little more research. Looked into some direct mail campaigns that sound promising. I know i need to start building a team of professionals, any recommendations for the Hudson County and Bergen County area...or just any recommendations in general? I have a really good feeling about bigger pockets.
