New to the bp community

Hello, I’m new to the bp community, an am excited to learn from this community, I’m also new to real estate an am interested in flipping smaller first home buyers houses, as this is a house I currently live in. I’d be interested in what some of y’all that are experienced with this have to say on some subjects I should research in my beginning. I will say up until me looking into real estate  now, I have always been on the construction side of things. Thank y’all..
