I was wandering what the estimate calculators are or where at, that I heard on one of the pod cast. I’m new to realty an would really like to play around with, an start getting a better eye for potential good deals. Thank you very much for any info u can give me. Hello, I’m new to the bp community, an am excited to learn from this community, I’m also new to real estate an am interested in flipping smaller first home buyers houses, as this is a house I currently live in. I’d be interested in what some of y’all that are experienced with this have to say on some subjects I should research in my beginning.
