Hi everyone, my name is Vicky Sanchez been a member of BP for some time. Came across BP thru youtube and decided to join, I'm a full time mom also a small business owner in Pearland,Tx. Our small business is complete opposite of rei but feel that our business experience can help others. My husband and I are looking for buy and hold properties in Houston, San Antonio, & surrounding areas. BP has giving us a better understanding of rei but do understand we have a lot to learn. Hoping to network with great ppl to create a winning team!

@Natalie Pilkinton - Long time no see, its been about 10yrs or more. I have 2 questions.

1. Do you really want to have me list out the "issues" I have with your group here or no? I would love to hash it out if I am misunderstood.

2. Why are you still an employee at a "mentor" group that promotes it can help anyone retire in 5yrs?

I do agree, real estate is wonderful. Its why I am curious as to why Steve Davis, Dale Walmsly (sp) and yourself have spent over a decade not doing real estate.
