@Andrew Fredrickson @Tie Lasater thank you for taking the time out to respond back. I am sure you two are very busy. Thank you for the tips. I will be sure to listen to the podcasts. I have already signed up for the live stream in July. As far as my market goes I am interested in investing in multifamily in Jersey. Plus I went through my boss's investment course and I can tell that this may take me some time to master. But so far I have done comps for the housing property and land property. I am currently go through the Beginner's Introduction to Real Estate Investing. I am also going to a Real Estate Networking event in July and I plan on getting in the Real Estate Masters Program at my school next year.
