Hi everybody. I am Sidney, an investor from Ontario Canada. I have experience in both rental and fix-fip projects in Canada. Right now I am looking into investing in US real estate market. Would like to start in around Indianapolis area in Indiana then later mid-west in general. Believe or not, Biggerpocket is quite popular in Canada too. We have local Biggerpocketers meetup regularly. Hopefully I will meet and work with some of you guys in BP communicty. Cheers.

@Sidney Qiu If you are going follow Chad's advise and look at more passive forms of REI, such as notes/private lending you might find it useful to read a blog article I wrote here on BP about a year ago Three Key Routes for Passive Real Estate Investing
