Good evening! My name is Mike Martinez, and I’m from the south Florida area. (Fort Lauderdale )Currently work full-time, and very excited in starting out in real estate investing. My goal is to purchase rental proprieties. I’ve read a lot of Material on rentals, and listen to a lot of podcasts. Any information on starting out would be awesome. I can use all the help.
