Good Afternoon!!

Im officially under contract for my first rental property out of state. My question is when I'm setting up an LLC does the LLC have to be registered in the state where im purchasing the property? or can I see up the LLC where I currently live?

Good afternoon I am from south Florida ( Fort Lauderdale area)and I will be starting out in real estate investing real soon. What do you all think about investing in D areas. Seems like there is a lot of these type of properties available in my area for a reasonable price, and thoughts on purchasing from wholesalers . if from south Florida I am looking for a mentor. I could use the help. Don’t have a great support network down here. Family, and friends think I’m crazy.
Good afternoon everyone I’m from south Florida ( Fort Lauderdale area) and I’m curious to what you all think about investing in D area rentals. It’s very competitive here, and I’m new to investing. It seems like there is a lot of properties for sale in D areas (multi and single family homes). Also thoughts on buying from a wholesaler. If anyone is from the south Florida I would definitely like to link up and learn from a seasoned investor.

Good evening! I’m very interested in starting out in real estate investing. Mainly in rental properties (BRRRR Method). I currently live in south Florida, and own a 3 bedroom house. My question is should I sell my house or take out a HELOC to start out. I have about 130,000 equity in my house, but honestly my credit isn’t very good so I’m not sure a HELOC is a great idea. My reasoning for wanting to sell is build up my credit and start later this year. However I would like to keep my house, and consider a HELOC. I could definitely use some advice on which route to go. Thanks

Yes. Just finished it a few days ago. Great book, and learned a lot. I’m really interested in the BRRRR strategy. Also I think my focus will be multi-family, and condos. Thanks for replying to my post
