You MUST RSVP to attend! To learn more and to RSVP CLICK HERE.

This is a monthly meetup held the last Tuesday of every month.

Our January Agenda:

1. Networking & pizza from 6:30pm to 7:00pm

2. Presentation starts at 7:00pm EST

-- John Casmon (https://www.casmoncapital.com/) has grown his portfolio from 13 units to 918 units in the last 4 years. John is primarily an apartment syndicator, we'll hear how he's used the syndication strategy to scale his business. John has already been interviewed on the podcast, but at the time he only had the 13 units. You can listen to that episode here: https://joefairless.com/podcast/jf478-from-live-in-duplex-to-13-rentals-1-5-mm-in-three-years/.

-- Slocomb Reed will interview John for the group, as well as a podcast episode (http://bestevershow.com).

3. Go through 60 second update

4. Remaining time for more networking, doors close at 8:30pm EST. A lot of people will hang out outside afterwards (weather permitting).

5. Post goals for next meetup in the Facebook group

The $2.50 fee (plus $.84 for Eventbrite processing = $3.34) is simply for accountability. This way we cut down on people RSVP-ing and not showing up, taking away tickets for people that would have showed up (and it buys pizza for the group) :)

Feel free to email me with any questions [email protected]

Very excited for the event, I tried to go this year but got SNOWED OUT while in Las Vegas if you can believe that.

I'll be doing an epic photoblog like I did for the BP conference as well.

Snowed out in Vegas huh? Dog eat your homework too? Kidding of course :). Looking forward to connecting again in just over 1 month!

@GrantRothenburger Yes, I'm looking forward to the Best Ever Conference in Keystone in February of 2020 as it will be the biggest and best BEC conference yet.  I've been to and have participated in all of them with Joe Fairless since he started putting these incredible events on and this year will be even more amazing for both Active and Passive Real Estate Investors who will be in attendance.  As for my keynote speech, as usual, it will be a hybrid of peak performance mindset methodologies, combined with time tested and very high level real estate practices that allow people to unleash their real estate portfolios!  Looking forward to seeing you and everyone else in Keystone, Colorado in February.  Cheers, Coach Trevor.

I think I'm most looking forward to your keynote, I love the value you bring on the mindset front.

@Trevor McGregor will once again be joining us at the Best Ever Conference. His sessions are usually among the most popular with our attendees. I for one always enjoy and highly value what Trevor has to say. Not only does he know a lot about real estate investing, but his insights on personal development are invaluable. @trevor, will you be focusing more on investing or mindset this year? Perhaps some of both?

@Ellie Perlman is joining our speaker lineup this year! Looking at her website (https://www.ellieperlman.com/) it looks like she's invested in and/or controls over 2000 units. I can't wait to hear what she will be sharing with us on stage. bec20.com

Looking forward to it too. Maybe we'll get to see those dance moves again!

@Craig Curelop awesome info. Thank you sir! I'll try to get in as early as possible Wednesday. I honestly didn't know traffic was such a problem in Denver until planning this trip.

@Grant Rothenburger Traffic on I-70 is always crazy, especially during ski season depending on weather. Denver International Airport to Keystone is roughly a 2 hour drive. The earlier you can leave, the better. The best odds are always early mornings and late nights. I'll be heading in Wednesday the 19th early morning. #BestEverAdvice

Thank you for the insight. I'll try to plan my flight accordingly when I come in.
