Hey fellow BP members! I’m Phil and moved to Detroit last fall for a new job. In FL, my wife and I turned our individual houses into rentals when we bought a house together that also had a carriage house so we had 3 rentals. We sold it all and moved north and now we’ll look for 2-8 unit multis or SFR here. I’m so excited about all of the BP tools I became Pro after Brandon’s recent webinar! Here’s to hoping I can be a part of the great resource here!

Hello @Phil Peyton

Welcome to BP and Metro Detroit.

I have to say, you went the wrong way. Everyone up here wishes they could move to Florida!

Jokes aside, what areas are you targeting?
