Hi Folks! I am new to the BP space and I'm so excited to get started in RE investing! I will be partnering with my sister and fixing and flipping in the Spokane WA area. We are obsessed with the podcast and cannot stop consuming information. I have one rental now in Seattle so I'm not 100% new but pretty darn! ;) Happy 3 day weekend everyone!
