My name is Ryan Mills and I am new to the world of Bigger Pockets and RI at large. I am excited to learn more about the potential of RI and how I can get started. I am located in SW Washington, state, about 30 min from Portland, OR. 

My goal is to start with earning some passive income for my wife and I.  Then we will see where it goes from there.  I am always looking for people to meet and learn from, so please don't hesitate to say hi!
