Am I obligated to change the locks after one renter leaves? An upcoming divorce/aggression is occurring.

I had the same thing- the appraiser probably won’t change the appraisal for bank purposes, due to Fannie May Freddie Mac underwriting if it is below grade (below the ground surface). Even if partially. But that has no bearing on your advertising it 3 bedroom with egress- cost between 600-1000

Thanks for your reply- I ended up giving her cash to reimburse back to the start of the construction. So cash for keys basically. I did get an opinion from an attorney. He said that since she knew the Constuction was going to happen before she signed the lease. She was “attracted to the nuisance”. The scenario he gave me was that you can’t move into a rental next to a sawmill then complain about the noise. So I’m glad she’s gone.

I am in a renovation project on a 2 unit. The upper is large - being completely renovated. It could be dangerous for the lower unit. There are 2 months remaining on her short term lease of this vacation property

How would I go about buying a ticket since it is sold out. Is there a list or someone I can contact to inquire?
