Hello all, My name is John Idasetima. I am a software developer from the Orlando, Florida area. My wife and I have always been interested in real estate, but was stuck in the analysis paralysis phase for quite a while. Now we are ready to take the dive into our first investment property and to take the first step toward strong passive income building. We are mostly interested in small multi-family units to begin, with hopes of expanding to larger multi-family units. We are eager to experience and learn!
