Hello,

My name is Joshua and I live in central Alabama, specifically in the Birmingham area.  My wife and I have flirted with the idea of real estate investing for years when we stumbled over Bigger Pockets just a few months ago.  Since that time we have been reading, listening and absorbing all of the information we can in hopes of getting started into this adventure.

Our main goal is to create a supplemental, semi-passive income on which we can work together as a team.  Thanks to everyone who has shared and contributed here, it has been most enlightening.
