Hello community, I need help. Last year I purchased my second property cash with the idea of doing a brrrr I just finished the repairs but now I need to get back want i invested . I was wondering if you guys could help me and recommend a good bank or real estate that could help me with this process. This is my first time doing this so I have no experience. its a multi family property and i live in Pennsylvania
