New to Bigger Pockets

I just joined Bigger Pockets and am excited to hear what the collective community has to say about REI. I haven't flipped a house in years and am just getting into rentals, so any suggestions as to what to stay away from would be much appreciated.

Thanks Lisa, hopefully it works out for both of us. I am looking at a 3 unit now and am thinking it might be the one to start with.
