Los Angeles and Orange County Newbie!

Hi all,

I am currently working in the architecture field (not a licensed architect yet) at a very well known residential firm. I have experience with ground up construction and every step of the process as well as renovations. 

My father in law is a contractor and my wife is an interior designer. 

I'm looking to partner up with an investor who has knowledge in acquisitions and making the numbers work since this is where I have little to no experience.
