Hello everyone. I am retired military as of Oct and am looking forward to doing something different. Just getting started in the RE business as an partner with an investor (very close friend). He is also new at this so we are going to take it one step at a time. The area that I'm in in GA is booming and see hotels going up all over the place. I actually walked the neighborhood and was looking at all the potential both residential and commercial that is just within walking distance from my home. I think that I am very anxious even though I have to wait about another month for cash investments to be available to us. In the meantime I think that am combing the net to see what I can write down and use as learning and investment tools. So that is about the bulk of things.
