Welcome to BP good buddy! Up early out of Spring, Tx getting ready for another day. Well, Im fairly new as well but I can tell you this site is like nothing you've seen before! I stumbled up on it after watching a few wholesaling clips on youtube and brother, it has been a blessing. Lot's of already answered articles for your reading pleasure and a ton of helpful folks in case you have a new question. Like I said, im starting out too and you do have to dig for answers but they are here! Don't give up. If you start to fall, someone here will catch you , if you need. Anyone given sign spinners a shot for marketing your houses. You can catch them on corners of busy intersections. They attract lots of attention and everyone sees them and their messege. Just a thought.... :idea:

This is just my assumption but I would think that if they are not able to be present at the title company, they would sign some sort of power of attorney to a representing party on their behalf. The title company might have a way to arrange a closing at a title company in their location and forward everything. Just my guess. Congrats on your success and best of luck to ya....Luis
