Newbie in Denver, Looking in Cincinnati (Intro)

Hi - my name is Francisco. My fiance, Phoebe, and I are new to real estate investing. We are learning as much as we can and trying to educate ourselves to get over that mountain called Fear. We know it's just as long of a climb as we make it, and it's all about getting that first deal done.

We've invested in a few Tax Liens and have tried online Tax Deed auctions, with minimal success. We are looking for rental investments in the Cincinnati area and are hoping to apply the BRRRR strategy to make our properties multiply down the road.

If you're in the Denver area, or are currently investing in Ohio or Colorado, please reach out and say hello! We'd love pointers, stories that have worked/not worked, and we'd love to connect with people with similar interests. That's why we're all here!

Thanks, and I'm looking forward to connecting with some of you on and offline.

-Francisco
