We're New Here-Dayton, Ohio

Hello! 

New here to BP and new to real estate investing. My husband and I are looking to purchase our first income property in the Dayton, Ohio area to buy and hold. 

I've read some forums on here about the Dayton area from a couple of years ago but I'm looking for any up-to-date information on the area. 

My husband is in the military and we're currently stationed overseas so any information or tricks of the trade for investing from afar would be appreciated. 

Also, if there are any real estate agents, current investors, contractors and property managers  in the Dayton area we'd appreciate any insight. We're looking to network and learn everything we can.
