Hello BP Community,

My name is Jordan Kim and I am an Orientation and Mobility Specialist (special education instructor for the blind) from Maine but currently living in New Hampshire. I was first introduced to real estate when my parents purchased two small mobile home parks in central Maine. They have since purchased a few more properties and have worked their way to financial freedom. Initially, each additional real estate investment my parents made meant more yard work for me as a high school student so I wasn’t always thrilled.

Now that I am a full-fledged working adult, I understand the opportunities available from real estate and am looking to make my first ‘house-hacking’ small multifamily investment back in Maine (south of Augusta/North of Portland). I am an avid podcast listener and decided to reach out to the community and connect with everyone (especially Mainers).
