New Investor in Eastern North Carolina

Hello everyone I am Zack. I'm really looking forward to meeting some great people locally to network and grow. I'm currently active duty military but have always been a seller. Since I was 14 I have sold it all from furniture and auto parts to cars and boats naturally my next step is real estate. I bought my first house a year ago as a foreclosure and it gave me the investing bug. I have been learning everything I can about real estate transactions and am extremely interested in wholesaling. I'm sending out my first mailing next week so if anyone in the area wants to partner on some deals I would love to have someone with some experience.
