Hey everyone, My name is Nick Montelli. Im currently living in Tustin, CA. I'm brand new to the Bigger Pockets community. I recently discovered the podcast and am working my way through it from the beginning at 1.5x speed. I'm also brand new to the idea of real estate investing, and am just trying to learn all I can at this stage. Though I am very eager to get started. The ideal lifestyle I would like to create is one filled with passive income. My wife and I would prefer to be spending our lives backpacking, rock climbing, and traveling, rather than working full time.
