Hey Steven Luttman the four unit has gone good, it cash flows nicely right now its actually on the market and I have gotten numerous offers. If it sells for around asking it would be a great deal and if it does not it still is a great cashflow preforming property to my standards. I also am getting my feet wet right now with wholesaling and getting off market propeties under contracts. How everything going with your real estate journey?

Hey I am new to BiggerPockets and even newer to real estate investing. Iam closing my first deal on a four unit multi-family in Schenectady New York, just looking for some advice on obtaining tenants, how far to go on a rehab, and really any information and advice from people that are doing it.
