Hey, everyone. My name is Derek and I live in the greater Sacramento area. I currently work as tech support for a small ISP. I am new to real estate, in terms of experience, though I've done a lot of research.

I'm looking to get my start with wholesaling and then move into multi-family buy & hold. I am in the process of building my buyers list right now.
