Hello my name is Dorian Rangel,

I have followed biggerpockets since January and figured it was time for a quick introduction. I am currently learning real estate, reading books, and getting the education needed to implement my desired strategy. I am in the process of starting out my wholesaling game here in the Laredo and I'm excited to announce that after saving some money i am now ready to invest in my marketing. I have chosen bandit signs and direct mail. After Listening to many podcasts i feel certain i will be able to help motivated sellers. I will learn as I go and ask the right questions in the forums. This site has build the confidence i needed to take action :)
