Hello guys,

Ive been talking to a seller for a couple of weeks about her selling her 4-plex. I explained the process on how i will be the middle man in this transaction and she is fine with it. When i pulled out my 1 page contract she was skeptical about it and mentioned if the trec contract was going to be used. This is the first property im wholesaling and am wondering how to use the TREC Contract to wholesale the property.

Finally after 2 years of saving and working on my credit i have been able to get approved for a mortgage loan. I was wondering if anyone has worked with rocket mortgage from quicken loans? just looking for anyones experiences with them and an overall opinion on their service. Thank you
