Hello everyone, I have been on the site about a month, just reading and watching, I really enjoy the youtube videos, great information shared. I am retiring from the Military and moving to Atlanta Ga, looking to find Real Estate investment groups with like minded motivated people.  interested in buy and hold investing, rentals, 

any information would be helpful regarding groups and meet ups
