Guys my name is Damone Williams I’m not a new investor but failed so bad my first time investing....thought maybe I should start all over again (lol). After listening to numerous podcast and audio books, I have decided to try and get back out there, and try again. Rather than taking “baby steps” … I’m jumping in the pool head first!  I thought the best way to meet like minded Real Estate people would be to host a meet-up(March 8th) ! I live in Chicago, and am hoping to connect other BP members. I'm looking to buy, rehab, rent-out, refinance, repeat! I welcome all advice and encouragement !
