Everyone has different story's had different amounts of money to start now for a guy that owns a home and has enough cash to pay it off or to keep the loan at what it is and buy 1-2 places with a down payment with the market over price the way it is would it be smart to do it now? Or would it be smarter to just pay off the home I live in and wait for the right deal where do I start?

@Nikolay Afanas the right deal can come at any time.  I waited years for greater deals and passed up enough deals that I could be retired now. You are in a great position no need to hurry on a deal but you should be ready for one. Even a bad deal will meet you more profit than paying off your current low rate mortgage.
