Everyone has different story's had different amounts of money to start now for a guy that owns a home and has enough cash to pay it off or to keep the loan at what it is and buy 1-2 places with a down payment with the market over price the way it is would it be smart to do it now? Or would it be smarter to just pay off the home I live in and wait for the right deal where do I start
