Looking for some one on the pittsburgh area !

So I’m looking for an investor in the pittsburgh area, someone that has properties out side of pittsburgh as well in Washington county area . I would really like to know how the market is . And where are some places i can find deals. I pretty much rely on Zillow and i just know there has to be a better ways to find deals . Any suggestions ?? Looking for more single family and duplex homes . Looking to get more into rentals over flipping . Thinking long term .
