Hello everyone,

My name is Jay and I live in beautiful northwest Arkansas. My wife and I have 1 SFH that we have rented out for the last 10 years, and will close on a newly constructed triplex next month. I am looking forward to being a part of biggerpockets and learning all I can learn about being the best landlord I can be and also investing in multifamily housing. Our goal is to add a couple of MFH per year over the next 4-5 years and to have them paid for by the time we retire (we are 55 and 53).

Our first rental house just happened by chance, but now we are wanting to make this into a serious business. So we are in the process of setting up our LLC and have the goal of growing this as much as we are able. I feel like the sky is the limit!!

So I am open to any advice you may have as I know that there is much to be learned from folks who have more experience.
