I’m new here just looking for some guidance on where to get started wholesaling. I’m planning on investing in Memphis, TN. I don’t have much capital with not so good credit. Where should I start?

Good thing is you do not need cash or credit for wholesaling. You will need to spend a little money doing some direct mail marketing and possibly setting it bandit signs. A solid $2,000 could get you a few marketing campaigns and also get you some signs. If you don’t have $2k to invest then I don’t k ow what to tell you
