New Wholesaler Just Getting Started .. Tips??
Hi Everyone!
Ever since I became interested in real estate this site has been a gem!
Today I'm sending out my first batch of letters to potential off market sellers in AZ. I'm excited for my first call, but so nervous! I've been studying real estate investing and wholesaling for a couple of months, and it seems impossible to soak it all in. Does anyone have any tips? I want to make sure I do my due diligence. Also, I want each deal to be a win for both the investor and seller.
I look forward to updating everyone on my progress. :)

One of the best pieces of advice i can give is "jump in"! Just go ahead and begin. Not starting or "analysis paralysis" can keep you out of the game. Fail forward if you have to, you'll still be so far ahead of those on the sidelines!
