Hello BP members, Haven’t I tricked myself publicly so here we go. Been listening to the podcast for about 7 months and purchased my first flip. With the flip, opened up an LLC and have been prepping to go on the market. Planning of doing out of state flips due to sky high Southern California prices. If there are any tips, suggestions, and constructive criticism are always welcome! Omar Mahmood

Good  luck Omar! Where have you purchased out of state and how easy/ difficult did you find your first experience?
