Does anyone know of a consistent NYC RE Meetup? If not, I would like to start a weekly meetup in Mid-town Manhattan. I want it to be focused on multifamily investing and long-term buy-and-hold strategies.

thanks for that insight. I've been a member here for a while but I wanna really get going so I went Pro and intend on going to some REI meetups. Going to head to at least one this month. Any suggestions? Looking for meetups on Tues/Wed when I'm off.
