Brand new in SWLA/SETX/Deep East Texas

My husband and I are just now getting started learning about real estate investing. We are looking to create residual income through rental properties and possibly mobile home parks and RV parks, but would also really enjoy flipping and rehabbing houses. I currently have some friends and acquaintances who are real estate agents and would love to sit down and talk with them but I'm not really sure what exactly I'd been discussing with them. So can you give me some suggestions on what we might talk to them about if we take them to lunch one day? I'm looking forward to all we can learn here. We are going to a three day seminar at the end of February that I'm really excited about. I don't intend to join with that company but wanted to get the information they had at the price that was offered. I'm super excited to get started with this business venture!

@Toni McDonald  I think Ryan was talking about what asset class you are interested in but you already mentioned it was mobile home parks and RV parks. If you want to tag someone direct just use the @ sign with their name in front of it and they will get the message.
