Hello Everyone! I have been listening to the podcast everyday for the last three weeks and I'm charged up. BiggerPockets is exactly what i have been looking for. I have already identified two strategies that i will take advantage of: House hacking via FHA 203k loan and B.R.R.R.R. I will definitely become a pro member the second i get my income tax check. #nyc #brooklyn
